Hours: 2 days on, 4 days off (with sleep nights). We are a 365-day service due to the nature of our work. Rota given in advance.
Pay rate: £31,917 to £32,540 per annum* (depending on qualification), with opportunities to pick up overtime at an enhanced rate.

What we are looking for:
We seek nurturing, supportive individuals capable of providing excellent childcare and helping our young people achieve positive outcomes. Our Warrington home is a smaller, therapeutic setting supporting young people with domestic needs, education, social skills, and engaging activities and excursions.

*Estimated salary based on a pay rate of £12.60 to £12.90 per hour for days (depending on qualifications) and working 8 sleep nights per month on average (at £60 per sleep night). These rates are effective from 1st April 2025.
Requirements:
* Experience in a children's residential care home (desirable)
* Level 3 (or above) diploma in residential childcare (desirable)
* Full UK driving licence (essential)
* Right to work in the UK without restrictions (essential)
* Values aligned with Esland’s, such as a therapeutic, person-centred approach to childcare (essential)
* Age 21 or above (due to industry regulations)
