Salary: £25,771
Shifts: Monday to Friday, 08:00 am to 5:00 pm
Hours: 40 hours per week

We are looking for a proactive individual to coordinate teams, ensure efficient operations, and deliver excellent customer service.
The Operations Coordinator will support the Service Centre Manager/Operations Manager, manage customer and driver relationships, and ensure timely deliveries and collections in line with SLAs.
Main Responsibilities
* Answer phone lines professionally
* Manage communications related to driver workload courteously and efficiently
* Track bookings and consignments
* Coordinate imports to meet SLA transit times
* Update customers on issues or exceptions
* Request and record PODs from agents
* Report discrepancies
* Provide quotes to customers
* Monitor Service Centre emails
* Work with suppliers to ensure high-quality customer experience
Ideal Candidate
* Experience in dispatching vehicles or similar control support
* Respectful and professional treatment of people
* Prompt response to customer and supplier needs
* Ensure timely collection and delivery
* Handle operational queries effectively
* Proactive in service improvement suggestions
* Good listening skills, empathetic towards customers
* Self-motivated with minimal supervision
