Our client, a well-established independent accident repair company, is seeking an experienced Workshop Controller to join their friendly and productive team in Eastbourne.
This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who has progressed from the shop floor and is still happy to get involved with light MET duties when required.

Duties of a Workshop Controller with our Client:
10. Oversee the day-to-day running of the workshop
11. Manage workflow, productivity, and job allocation
12. Ensure all repairs are completed to a high standard and on time
13. Liaise with technicians and support staff to maintain efficiency
14. Carry out light MET duties when required
15. Maintain a safe and organised working environment
What our client expects of their Workshop Controller:
16. A minimum of 10 years’ experience working on the shop floor within an accident repair environment
17. Strong knowledge of bodyshop processes and repair methods
18. Previous experience in a supervisory or controller role preferred
19. Ability to organise workloads and meet deadlines
20. A hands-on approach with willingness to support the team
21. High attention to detail and quality standards
