The Role
* Manage and grow a busy residential conveyancing caseload (freehold, leasehold, sales, purchases, remortgages).
* Oversee and mentor a small team of conveyancers and support staff.
* Drive operational efficiency and client service standards across the department.
* Play a key role in business development and departmental strategy.
About You
* Experienced conveyancer, solicitor, or legal executive with strong technical knowledge.
* Confident in managing a caseload from instruction to completion.
* Previous team leadership or supervisory experience is desirable.
* Client-focused, organised, and commercially aware.
