Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in new build residential painting and possess excellent communication skills. As a Painter, you will be responsible for communicating with the site manager and working to targets. quality and NHBC Standards
Responsibilities
* Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and filling holes or cracks as necessary.
* Apply paint, stain, or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment.
* Ensure that all work is completed in accordance with safety standards and regulations.
* Communicate effectively with team members and clients to understand project requirements and timelines.
* Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
* Drive to various job sites as required for different projects.
Requirements
* Proven experience in new build painting is preferred.
* Strong communication skills in English to effectively interact with clients and team members.
* Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
* A valid driving licence is desirable for travelling to job sites.
