Your responsibilities include: * Leading end-to-end learner engagement from enquiry to enrolment and progression * Managing and motivating a small engagement team to achieve recruitment and retention targets * Building and maintaining strong partnerships with Jobcentre Plus, local authorities, community organisations, and employers * Coordinating outreach activities, digital engagement campaigns, and community events * Supporting multiple Skills Bootcamp cohorts and ensuring compliance with ASF and AEB funding requirements * Monitoring learner engagement, progression, and KPI performance, and adjusting strategies to maximise outcomes * Working closely with delivery, operations, and compliance teams to maintain high-quality learner experience This is a hybrid role with travel across Leeds, Bradford, Wakefield, and Halifax.
