Main duties of the job
To contribute to the care provision and review of the smokefree patient, through timely and accurate processing of incoming referrals and patient queries.
Ensuring entry and management of patient data on Quit Manager and SystmOne.
The other part of the role will be helping with the day-to-day running of the team which may in addition include organisation of appointments, liaising with GP Practices for patient information, triaging and prioritising telephone calls from patients. There will also be some general administration duties including uploading of clinical information, photocopying and supporting the Health Improvement Practitioners and Tobacco Dependency Advisors and wider Healthier Lifestyle Service.
Supporting with health promotion event planning and execution to increase the public awareness of the Healthier Lifestyle Service.
Managing social media account and content.

Person Specification
Qualifications
* Numeracy and Literacy skills required to keep accurate records. NVQ L3 or equivalent
Experience
* Previous experience working in NHS setting.
* MS Office Tools, Excel Sheet, Word
* Working knowledge of SystmOne, Quit Manager
Knowledge
* Supported others in collating data for service development and audit
* Able to maintain electronic patient records
* Use Microsoft Word to draft letters and reports
* Undertake basic reports and audits using SystmOne and Quit Manager
Other Requirements
* Able to maintain accurate, timely, concise and legible clinical records both electronic and handwritten which adhere to the West London NHS Trust policies.
* Able to talk to people about sensitive issues in a supportive manner but also challenge others assertively where necessary.

Salary
£30,630 to £32,346 a year inclusive of 15% HCAS.
