The role
I'm planning a mid-size move within the UK and need a moving truck with a dedicated driver. The job includes loading a two-bedroom apartment, securing furniture to prevent damage, and driving to the new location with a reasonable route. I have basic packing materials, and the landlord will provide a lift or stairs access at both ends. Preferences: a clean 3.5T–7.5T box truck, experienced driver with valid UK license and appropriate insurance, a compact van if needed for narrow streets, and flexible timing on a weekend. Please include hourly or daily rate, any mileage charges, and what equipment (dolly, straps, blankets) is provided. The move is roughly 40–60 miles total and should be completed in one day if possible.
