Job Title: Recruitment Consultant – Education & Supply Staffing
Location: Bury, BL9
Employment Type: Full-time (Permanent)
Salary: from £30,000 + Uncapped Commission Structure
Working hours: Monday to Friday 7:30am – 5:00pm (9:00am-3:00pm in the school holidays)

The Role
As an Experienced Recruitment Consultant, you will manage end-to-end recruitment for the education sector, with a strong focus on supply/temporary staffing.
Your responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
Recruiting, vetting, and placing daily supply teachers, teaching assistants, and cover supervisors
Managing high-volume short-term bookings and ensuring last-minute staffing needs are met
Building relationships with schools for repeat supply staffing business
Sourcing and placing teachers, SEN specialists, and senior leaders in long-term roles.
Handling the full recruitment cycle from job briefs to offer negotiations
Expanding our client base by promoting supply staffing solutions to schools and trusts
Attending networking events and staying updated on education staffing trends
What We’re Looking For
2+ years’ experience in a recruitment-based role
Experience working with supply agencies or fast-paced temp recruitment is desirable but not essential
Strong ability to multi-task and manage urgent staffing requests
Knowledge of compliance in education recruitment (DBS checks, safeguarding, etc.)
