We are looking to recruit a PT administrator to join our busy team and carry out the following duties within our events team.
Part time - Up to 20 hours a week
Assiting with general office duties
Manage internal payment card system
Stocktake and ordering with suppliers
Organisation of travel and accomodation arrangements
Input of statutory documents to event organisers
Ordering third party contractor services
Coordinate project timelines and arrange regular interal project meetings
Administration of company statutory policiesProficiency in Microsoft Office programmes
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Effective communication skills
Work well within a team
