Location: Cumbernauld, Glasgow, Scotland
Salary: £65K, plus car allowance, plus bonus

The Role - In Summary
This pivotal role is all about operational service delivery for Kingdom Academy in Scotland, responsible for the day-to-day performance of our construction training business in terms of our learners' achievements, customer relationships and colleagues' performance and wellbeing. Having a particular focus on external partner contract relationships, government contracts, subcontracting arrangements, and awarding bodies. Driving the business to perform as "best in class" within the governance requirements and Education Scotland.
Candidate Match - What We Are Looking For
Experience/Qualifications/Licenses/Competencies
(holding or working towards is a distinct advantage)
· Minimum 3 years in a similar role within a Scottish construction training business
· A driving license holder
· Full five-year checkable employment history including a minimum of 2 work references, a personal credit check and right to work in the UK
· Demonstrated success in colleague retention, delivery, cost control and growth within the training sector
· Demonstrated leadership of delivery of the Modern Apprenticeship and CITB programmes in Scotland
· Relevant other qualifications welcome

Role Responsibilities

· Act as the Service Leader in Scotland both internally and externally with existing and new stakeholders
· Make a positive impact within industry to influence the development of construction qualifications and raise profile of Kingdom Academy.
· Recruit, retain and develop talented colleagues who are high performing as a team, delivery results for learners and customers that exceed their expectations
· Manage external contractual relationships that delivery profitable revenues and instigate efficiencies where needed
· Develop curriculum that meets the needs of today, using innovative solutions
· Lead on quality improvement plans together with Safeguarding
· Key member of the wider Kingdom Academy senior leadership team
· Support sales & marketing to win and grow business.
· Support with the ongoing development of the website to be the one stop shop for customers and learners.
· Work tirelessly to integrate within Kingdom Academy and Group the ways of working that drive to one culture.
· Use data and metrics to inform business decision making
Compliance & Best Practice
· Support: All relevant statutory and regulatory compliance requirements.
· Process: Comply with any HOW we do business process manual/s relevant to role
· Centres: Promote the use, optimisation, and centralisation of all Kingdom Centres to ensure best-practice execution across the group.
· Social: Support Kingdom social media posts by liking and commenting.
