Job Description
As an IT Support Engineer, you will be part of a team responsible for maintaining all IT and communication systems across the Adler & Allan Group. You’ll oversee installation and maintenance of local IT systems, ensuring our IT service meets organisational needs while remaining commercially focused.
This is a hybrid role, requiring occasional travel to sites nationwide and overnight stays when necessary.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide network support across the group
* Support PC, laptop, and mobile connectivity
* Assist with Microsoft Office & O365 applications
* Manage IP telephony systems
* Implement company hardware and software
* Handle technical support queries (local and remote) using Lansweeper & TeamViewer
* Perform network installations
* Demonstrate flexibility and initiative in all tasks
Qualifications
* General networking skills (DHCP, DNS, etc.)
* Familiarity with firewalls and subnets
* MS Windows 10 & 11
* MS Office 2016 & O365
* Microsoft Server (2012–2022)
* General hardware diagnostics
* Clean UK driving licence
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work independently and use initiative
