We’re partnering with a stunning country house hotel nestled in the Cotswolds, seeking a passionate Sous Chef to support the Head Chef in leading their talented kitchen team. This is an excellent opportunity for a chef with hotel experience to step into a senior role within a refined, fast-paced environment that blends banqueting excellence with elevated restaurant dining.

Responsibilities as the Sous Chef…
7. Supporting the Head Chef in managing the daily operations of the kitchen
8. Overseeing restaurant service, banqueting and events to ensure exceptional quality and presentation
9. Leading and motivating the team to deliver consistent high standards
10. Assisting with menu creation, stock management and maintaining GP targets
11. Upholding food safety, hygiene and compliance across all sections
We’re looking for someone who…
12. Has proven experience as a Sous Chef or strong Junior Sous Chef within a luxury hotel environment
13. Is confident working across multiple outlets, including restaurant, banqueting and events
14. Brings creativity, organisation and a calm, hands-on approach
15. Takes pride in mentoring and inspiring junior chefs
16. Thrives under pressure while maintaining impeccable standards
