🔑 Key Responsibilities
* Serve as a trusted advisor and gatekeeper to the CEO, managing time, focus, and communications
* Translate strategic goals into actionable plans across teams and departments
* Lead and support cross-functional initiatives, ensuring accountability and follow-through
* Prepare executive briefings, manage internal communications, and support board relations
* Identify bottlenecks and drive operational improvements across the business
* Provide agile support during travel and urgent matters, ensuring swift and effective execution

* 5+ years’ experience in consulting, strategy, operations, or executive support—ideally within engineering, professional services, or start-up environments
