We are looking for an enthusiastic graduate to join as a Graduate Account Manager, supporting customer accounts, managing enquiries, and helping drive growth across their online platforms.
This is a full-time, office-based role.
Key Details
Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm (30 min lunch)
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £24,000 per year
Bonus: Monthly commission scheme
What you’ll be doing
* Managing inbound customer accounts and guiding them through the buying process
* Building strong, long-term relationships with both new and existing customers
* Advising customers on products and helping them find the right solutions
* Identifying opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell across the product ranges
* Responding to customer and supplier queries via phone and email
* Resolving issues and ensuring an excellent after-sales experience
* Reviewing customer feedback and suggesting improvements
* Supporting the wider team with general admin and day-to-day tasks
