Responsibilities
1. Leads the project Execution Strategy plan from the earliest stages of the opportunity identification:
* Accountable for developing all components of the Project Management Plan in a timely manner, aligned with customer expectations.
* Lead and endorse the overall global execution strategy, ensuring its consistency:
* Define the project organization chart, mobilisation, and workload plans.
* Ensure alignment between engineering, sourcing, civil, and erection strategies, including partnering strategies.
* Establish the Division of Responsibility matrix between GE and the customer.
* Lead risk assessments and mitigation plans in coordination with the Sales team.
* Align project schedule with customer needs and stakeholder inputs.
* Lead the development of the EHS scheme with the EHS team.
* Collaborate with Sales to optimize the Execution Plan for competitiveness and feasibility.
* Incorporate lessons learned from past projects to de-risk solutions.
* Define partnering strategies, support contractual setups, and qualify subcontractors and partners.
* Develop Responsibility matrices among partners and ensure schedule consistency.
* Secure approval of the Execution Strategy during governance reviews.
1. Support the Sales Team in developing the Sales strategy:
* Manage workload costing in coordination with OTR functions.
* Review and ensure the budget's consistency, supporting competitive pricing.
* Defend the execution strategy during customer negotiations and presentations.
* Lead the approval process for offers and ensure timely follow-up actions.
2. Ensure a smooth transition to Project Execution:
* Lead transfer meetings and knowledge transfer processes.
* Guarantee a seamless transition with no delays or margin losses.
* Participate in execution upon project award if workload permits.
