Role: Supervisor General Marketing

Job Description
1. Lead product, brand, and strategic marketing activities across residential and light commercial product portfolios
2. Develop and execute annual marketing plans aligned with business objectives
3. Define product positioning, messaging, and value propositions
4. Build and deliver go-to-market strategies for new product launches
5. Plan, lead, and manage integrated multi-channel campaigns (digital, print, PR, partner marketing)
6. Create campaign concepts, briefs, and messaging frameworks
7. Oversee development of marketing content (brochures, guides, presentations, sales tools, CPD materials)
8. Ensure all materials align with brand standards and support product and technical communication
9. Collaborate closely with Sales, Product Management, Digital Marketing, and technical teams
10. Manage relationships with external agencies, media partners, and suppliers
11. Support Sales teams with effective marketing collateral to drive customer engagement and conversion
12. Monitor campaign performance, market trends, and customer insights
13. Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective allocation
14. Provide regular reporting and recommendations to the Marketing Director
Requirements
15. Proven experience in a senior marketing role within HVAC, construction, engineering, or technical product sectors
16. Strong background in product marketing within B2B and/or B2C environments
17. Experience managing integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns
18. Excellent communication, copywriting, and presentation skills
19. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decisions
20. Experience working cross-functionally and managing external agencies
21. Well-organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities
