They are now looking to hire a Customer Experience & E-commerce Coordinator to support their continued growth and deliver an exceptional experience across customer service, e-commerce, and day-to-day operations. The Role The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting customer experience, website management, social media activity, and operational administration. The role would suit someone highly organised, adaptable, positive, and confident managing multiple priorities. Key Responsibilities Customer Service & Community Managing customer service enquiries via email and social media channels Handling shipping queries and customer service issues Managing Trustpilot and customer reviews Supporting VIP customers and repeat buyers Assisting with customer retention and loyalty initiatives Following up on customer satisfaction Supporting and promoting the brand's community-focused growth E-commerce & Website Creating and uploading products to the website Managing inventory and stock updates Writing engaging product descriptions Coordinating product photography Supporting website management and updates Carrying out website testing and quality checks Managing discount codes and promotional activity Processing orders and managing returns Monitoring website performance and customer journey Social Media Support Scheduling content across social media platforms Supporting wider social-first marketing activity Confidently using social media platforms (management experience not essential) Operations & Administration Liaising with warehouses and courier partners Supporting product launches and campaigns Producing basic reporting on sales and customer feedback Assisting founders/directors with day-to-day tasks Organising samples and product drops Candidate Requirements Minimum 1 year's experience within online customer service and/or e-commerce Shopify experience is essential Strong communication and organisational skills Positive, bubbly, and proactive personality Ability to multitask within a fast-paced environment Passion for fashion, social media, and customer experience What's on Offer Opportunity to join a growing fashion brand Supportive and fast-paced team environment Real variety within the role Career growth potential as the business continues to expand Immediate interviews available
