About the Role

What You’ll Do

Provide day‑to‑day support and supervision for children in a residential setting.
*
Facilitate activities, appointments and routines that promote wellbeing and growth.
*
Help safeguard children, ensuring their emotional and physical wellbeing.
*
Support with domestic duties including meal preparation, cleaning and shopping.
*
Contribute to timetables, paperwork and reports.
About You – Key Requirements
*
A minimum of 22 years old (to meet Ofsted requirements).
*
Caring, compassionate and able to build positive relationships.
*
Ability to remain calm in challenging situations.
*
A valid UK manual driving licence.
*
Previous experience in care is not essential — full induction and training are provided.
