Job Description

Job Title: Compliance and Planned Works AdministratorType: Contract (Maternity Cover)Location: SwanseaSalary: £23,972 - £26,712Hours: Full Time BRC are working closely with a housing association in West Wales. In this role you will be responsible for the administration of Property related compliance and planned maintenance programmes and regimes. Supporting the Compliance and Planned maintenance team's role involves working closely with contract holders, staff and contractors for activities carried out by the association to deliver a high quality, customer focused service which provides well maintained homes and meets our regulatory and statutory duties as a registered social landlord. Duties:
* To maintain the company's Database to accurately record compliance records and certificates.
* To review all third-party service reports, certificates, and assessments, including Electrical condition reports, Fire Risk Assessments and Landlord Gas Certificates and prioritise any recommendations ensuring actions are raised to address any issues.
* To monitor and maintain the company's select list register of consultants and contractors to ensure that all certifications, insurances and Health and Safety approved body memberships remain active and current.
* To review and act upon performance reports to detect and prevent non- compliance resulting from tenant access or Contractor performance issues.
* To provide appropriate advice and information by telephone, email, text and in writing.
* Raise and complete orders for compliance and planned maintenance works, including chasing overdue works and dealing with invoice queries.
* Dealing with enquiries relating to property compliance and planned maintenance.
* To be the first point of Contact for any communication or regulatory /contractual notifications received from Contractors, Consultants, Regulatory authorities and ensure all relevant Stakeholders are informed in a timely manner.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of properties, maintenance schedules, and building components in the housing association's databases, including any 3rd party systems as required.
* Actively liaise with the Surveying team to ensure prompt and effective services are delivered to customers.
* Assist in other areas of compliance and planned maintenance as required.
Requirements:
* Excellent IT skills with the ability to analyse data and communicate findings.
* To be able to work to a high degree of accuracy
* Ability to communicate with stakeholders across different levels
* Flexible - You can adapt your approach to deal with different situations and differing individual needs
* Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
* Knowledge of Property compliance (Desirable)
