* Salary: £40,000 – £65,000 DOE
The Role
We are seeking a commercial property lawyer to join our thriving team. This role offers the opportunity to work within a supportive, enthusiastic, and multi‑office team environment. Our commercial property team is highly regarded, serving a diverse clientele locally, in London and across the UK. You will also have the advantage of collaboration with specialist lawyers in the firm’s planning, litigation, construction and residential departments.

* Leases, lease renewals and lease management
* Property finance
* Development projects
* Corporate transaction support
* Agricultural matters (desired)
What We’re Seeking
* Qualified Solicitor with experience in commercial property law
* Strong client care and communication skills
* Confident negotiator with a proactive, can‑do attitude
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
