We are hiring for a Full‑Time Store Supervisor to join one of our exciting stores based in Lakeside. You will work directly with an established team to help create the best customer shopping experience possible. Footasylum is a business that believes in our front‑end retail staff.
Responsibilities
The primary function of a Supervisor is to oversee retail staff's work in the store environment. You will be in charge of monitoring employee activity, solving day‑to‑day problems, and assisting customers when needed. You will support the Store Manager to ensure the team maximises sales, has a service‑first mentality, adheres to best practices as per company expectations, and overall ensures a positive shopping experience for our customers.
We invest in training and development and this role will be no different. You will receive regular 1‑2‑1s, training, and support, and you will be given all the tools to thrive and feel empowered on your journey with us. We also have a record of progression, support, and training, with many examples across our teams of people advancing into new opportunities within the business.
About you
* The successful candidate must have a passion for fashion retail and our company ethos.
* You will have ideally worked previously in fashion retail.
* Experience in managing and motivating a team of sales assistants.
* Be able to work independently, as well as part of a team.
* Strong verbal and written skills.
* Be able to work in a fast‑paced environment.
* Efficient and highly organised with a customer‑focused attitude.
