We are currently recruiting for a recognised IT Services company for the role of Customer Success Executive. It’s an exciting opportunity to join a national growing organisation that values its people, encourages collaboration, and is passionate about delivering innovative digital solutions. In this role, you’ll build strong client relationships and helping to ensure the smooth delivery of services.
What you’ll be doing:
Build and nurture strong relationships with clients
Oversee client onboarding, renewals, and day-to-day account management
Provide consultative support on IT infrastructure including networking, cybersecurity, and cloud services
Collaborate across internal teams (sales, support, technical) to deliver seamless service
Track and report on client performance and satisfaction metrics
Conduct client training sessions and gather feedback for continuous improvement
Main Skills/ Requirements:
Solid understanding of IT infrastructure: networks, servers, cloud computing, and cybersecurity
Strong communication skills—able to explain technical issues clearly to non-technical clients
Proven experience in a customer-facing role within an MSP or IT service environment
A team player with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
Comfortable working in a fast-changing tech landscape
