Coyle Personnel are currently seeking Community Psychiatric Nurses for long term contracts based in the Weston‑Supper‑Mare.
Location: Weston‑Supper‑Mare
Hours: Full‑time, Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 17:00*
Pay Rate: £25‑£27 per hour
Start Date: ASAP
*Potential to compress hours for the right candidate.
Applicants must have at least 6 months community experience to apply for this role.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver high‑quality mental health care to service users, including assessments, care planning, and therapeutic interventions.
* Conduct comprehensive assessments of service user mental health needs.
* Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team to support the mental health needs of service users and their families.
* Manage a caseload, adhering to service protocols and procedures.
* Maintain a high standard of nursing care, including clinical procedures, treatments, and the custody, storage, and administration of drugs.
Mandatory Requirements
* Current RMN qualification with active registration.
* Previous experience working within a Community Mental Health Team.
* Experience holding a caseload of at least 20‑25.
* Excellent communication, risk assessment, and crisis intervention skills.
* Access to a vehicle & full drivers licence.
