The Role
As a Conveyancing Paralegal, you will assist in managing a caseload of residential property transactions, providing essential support to fee earners. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a firm that prides itself on providing excellent client service and a supportive working environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Assisting with residential conveyancing matters, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.
* Drafting legal documents, conducting title checks, and preparing contracts.
* Liaising with clients, estate agents, and other stakeholders to provide timely updates.
* Supporting fee earners with case management and administrative duties.
* Ensuring compliance with regulatory and firm policies.
* Maintaining accurate records and case files.
Requirements
* Previous experience as a Conveyancing Paralegal or in a similar legal support role.
* Strong knowledge of residential conveyancing processes and procedures.
* Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
* Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficiency in case management systems and IT literacy.
* A proactive and client-focused approach.
