What Youll Be Doing
As an Area Sales Manager, youll work closely with regional sales teams to:
Drive Innovation : Help reclassify materials from waste to product through lab testing, compliance specs, and regulatory alignment.
Bridge the Gap : Translate bold commercial ideas into practical, standards-compliant solutions.
Champion New Materials : Enable the use of innovative materials in a way thats both commercially viable and environmentally responsible.
Grow : This is an individual contributor role to start, but with plans for team expansion, you could be leading it.

Experience & Knowledge:
Background in compliance, laboratory work, or technical operations (preferred over traditional sales).
Understanding of mineralogy, aggregate gradings, and material properties.
Exposure to aggregates or construction materials is a big plus.
Sales experience is not essential well support your development if you bring the right attitude.
