Accounts Administrator Pertemps are currently recruiting for an Accounts Administrator to join a small and friendly team based in Lymington. The successful candidate will need to be a real team player and happy to turn their hand to other duties within the business. Responsibilities: Working closely with the Managing Director Assisting with day to day accounts functions Assisting with general administration duties Maintaining and booking in maintenance services for factory amenities and equipment Sending out necessary H&S related information Answering calls and emails, providing excellent customer service Assisting with light production duties as and when (labelling kits, checking paperwork, packing parts & components) Requirements: Previous Accounts experience Ideally AAT qualification Excellent all-round administration experience Confident with Microsoft Office and Sage 50 Willingness to work in a multi-skilled team and carry out a variety of roles Excellent written and verbal communication skills The Accounts Administrator role: £27,000 - £33,000 full time equivalent Monday – Thursday, 9am – 5pm (flexibility of hours) Fully office based 28 days annual leave plus bank holidays Discretionary bonuses through the year If you are interested in this Accounts Administrator role please apply below or contact Jemma at Pertemps...
