Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organised and friendly Office Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a supporting role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing administrative support. This position requires strong interpersonal skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
* To assist the office manager in the smooth running of the office and team
* Maintain office supplies inventory, organisation of catering and place orders as necessary to ensure seamless operations.
* Handle scheduling and calendar management for team members, coordinating meetings and appointments.
* Assist in the preparation of travel itineraries.
* Collaborate with team members to ensure all administrative functions are carried out effectively.

Pay: £25,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
