Robert Half Technology are assisting a marketing organisation to recruit a Digital Asset Manager on a contract basis based in their London office. This role will be paying between £225-£325 per day.
Role
1. The Digital Asset Manager will manage centralised DAM location and develop the infrastructure around it
2. previous experience with Bynder
3. Manage relationship with external vendors, DAM supplier and supplier PS and support team
4. Open and monitor support tickets / product features / enhancement requests / bugs / outages
5. Manage product roadmap and adopt relevant modules based on business' needs
6. Partner with key business leaders and cross-functional stakeholders on unique DAM needs
7. Collaborate with database and web developers to improve integrations
8. Provide effective DAM financial management and reporting and growth insights
9. Manage global userbase, SSO, monitor user licence expansion and permission profiles
10. Manage user permissions, restrictions and privacies within the portal
11. Monitor storage expansion based on analytics and collect data insights
12. Collaborate with key stakeholders to define and develop metadata and taxonomy guidelines
13. Collaborate with key stakeholders to define correct usage rights (DRM)
14. Respond to and assign user support requests via in-house ticketing system
15. Refine best practice and process around asset intake and distribution
16. Organise and execute mass uploads and large data migrations
17. The Digital Asset Manager will be managing projects based on DAM and key stakeholders' objectives
