Complaints Case Handler
Location: Fully Remote. Occasional travel may be required for meetings/training.
Your role:
1. Investigate and respond to complaints from vendor/purchaser clients impartially and empathetically, using legislation and Codes of Practice to form conclusions.
2. Support branches with Estate Agency compliance queries via email and phone, escalating when necessary.
3. Ensure a strong understanding of The Property Ombudsman Code of Practice and Estate Agency legislation.
Working hours: Monday Friday 8:30am – 5pm / 9am - 5:30pm.

Skills and Experience required of an Estate Agency Complaint Case Handler:
13. Communication skills, both written and verbal
14. Ability to demonstrate a confident telephone manner
15. Organisation skills and attention to detail
16. Driven and Self Motivated
17. Strong relationship building and customer service skills
18. Experience of Estate Agency work, desirable but not essential
