The Role:
As a Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:
* Support students with a range of needs including autism, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and social/emotional challenges
* Provide 1:1 and small group interventions, both in and outside the classroom
* Assist class teachers in creating a calm, engaging learning environment
* Build strong, positive relationships with students and help them access the curriculum
* Gain practical experience working alongside experienced educators, SENCOs and pastoral staff
