Were seeking a midsenior level SharePoint Consultant to join a growing consultancy. Youll deliver modern, scalable SharePoint and Microsoft 365 solutions for a variety of clients, combining technical delivery, solution design, and light development in a hands-on, client-facing role.
As a trusted advisor, youll help clients maximise SharePoint and M365 through architecture, automation, customisation, and best practice guidance.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead design, implementation, and optimisation of SharePoint Online solutions
2. Build information architecture, site structures, content types, and metadata frameworks
3. Configure SharePoint features: lists, libraries, pages, web parts, hub sites, permissions, and collaboration areas
4. Develop solutions using SPFx (desirable), Power Automate, Power Apps, JSON/PnP templates
5. Deliver SharePoint migrations using ShareGate, SPMT, or AvePoint
6. Run client workshops, gather requirements, and translate into technical solutions
7. Advise on governance, compliance, lifecycle management, and adoption
