You'll manage a £10m-£15m sales ledger, working alongside another Credit Controller, and take ownership of key accounts including major UK supermarket retailers. DAY TO DAY Take ownership of a large, complex ledger and drive cash collection Build strong relationships with key customers, including major grocery retailers Proactively chase overdue invoices and reduce aged debt Handle deductions, disputes, and claims via retailer portals (e.g. Tesco, Sainsbury's, Asda) Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies efficiently Work cross-functionally with Sales, Supply Chain, and Customer Service Post and allocate incoming payments Produce aged debt reporting and support month-end processes Assist with credit risk management and credit limit setting YOU?
