We are seeking a full-time detail-oriented and organised Mortgage Administrator to join their growing team. In this role, you will support mortgage advisers with both pre- and post-sale administration, helping to ensure a smooth and efficient journey for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist mortgage advisers with the completion of post-sale documentation and administration.
* Liaise with clients, lenders, and solicitors to ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and promptly.
* Maintain and update client records within internal systems.
* Handle client enquiries and provide excellent customer service.
* Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies.
* Prepare and send client correspondence.
* Monitor the progress of mortgage applications and provide regular updates to clients and advisers.
* Carry out general administrative duties as required.
Requirements
* Previous experience in mortgage administration or a similar role is preferred.
* Strong organisational and time management skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* High attention to detail and accuracy.
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and mortgage software systems.
* Knowledge of mortgage products and the financial services industry is an advantage.
