We’re hiring a Marketing & Communications Specialist to join a fast-paced, agile team within one of the Top Global Tech Firms focused on enhancing the delivery experience for partners across a major product logistics platform.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead go-to-market strategies for new product features and delivery process improvements.
* Manage external partnerships to elevate platform capabilities and user experience.
* Own and optimise the onboarding lifecycle for delivery partners; from initial engagement to first delivery.
Technical Requirements
* Strong stakeholder communication skills, including experience engaging with leadership.
* Proven ability to use data and performance metrics to drive marketing and communications improvements.
* Experience working with external agencies and cross-functional teams.
* Intermediate to advanced Excel proficiency (e.g., pivot tables, lookups).
* Ability to develop strategic marketing plans and execute them tactically.
