Asset ManagerPermanent£45-48k + BenefitsWest MidlandsHamilton Woods Associates are currently recruiting for an Asset Manager to provide be responsible for the day-to-day programme and project management, on a permanent basis.Duties and Responsibilities of the Asset Manager:Provide effective and strong leadership to the services and teamsEnsure contractors plan, programme and complete works in accordance with agreed specificationsManage project works and programmes as detailed to ensure works are completed on time, within budget and to specificationAssist with the management of tenants and leaseholder alteration requestsMonitor contractors' performance against agreed targetsProduce work schedules and specificationsAssist, review and monitor budgetsMonitor Health and Safety on all projectsManage and resolve complaintsEssential Requirements of the Asset Manager:A relevant professional qualificationFull UK Driving LicenceTo be considered for this exciting role, please contact Alice Wright- Senior Consultant at Hamilton Woods or apply online with a covering note of your experience and suitability referencing the job ID number.
