We have a unique opportunity for a Patient Pathway Coordinator to be part of a passionate, professional, and dedicated team focused on creating a positive journey for all patients within our service.

Person specification
Knowledge Requirements
* Computer literate with high accuracy keyboard skills
* Knowledge of NHS or similar service provider
* Thorough understanding of healthcare administrative systems and processes
* Experience with databases, spreadsheets (e.g., PAS, Excel)
* Understanding of confidentiality and data protection
* Knowledge of equality and diversity principles
* Sound office clerical background familiar with relevant procedures
* Experience with IT/patient data systems relevant to the specialty
Qualifications (Academic/Professional)
* GCSE English at grade C or above (or equivalent)
* RSA II or equivalent
* AMSPAR diploma or similar
* NVQ in Customer Care
* IHRIM Diploma
* European Computer Driving Licence
* Shorthand speed of 80wpm
Further Training
* On-the-job training
* Supervisory training
* Health & safety management experience
Experience
* Providing quality customer service
* Previous NHS experience
* Supervising staff

* Willingness to work flexible hours as needed
