Key Requirements:
* Strong command of English for clear communication
* Passion for motivating and inspiring learners
* Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one through TP-Tutors)
* Experience with SEND, SEMH, and additional needs highly desirable
* Classroom or 1-1 teaching experience, with current safeguarding training
* Solid understanding of subject preference curriculum.
