Digital Creative Designer
Salary: up to £40,000
Location: Watford (hybrid, 2 days WFH)

The Role
You will create high‑impact, innovative digital creative work across multiple channels including web, mobile, social and retail media screens. This role suits a conceptual designer with strong executional ability and a passion for digital advertising.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the design and production of digital advertising assets including web banners, social media assets and direct response creative.
* Contribute creative thinking to brainstorms and concept development.
* Produce lightweight HTML5 animations using Adobe Animate or Google Web Designer.
* Develop digital content for DOOH and retail media screens.
* Execute projects from brief to final delivery.
* Maintain alignment with brand guidelines and uphold brand consistency.
* Optimise assets and code for ad network performance.
* Collaborate and share ideas within the Creative Hub.
About You
* Experience working within an agency or design studio.
* Skilled in HTML5 animation (especially web banners)
* Experienced in designing for DOOH or retail screens.
* Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud.
* Understanding of digital best practices and accessibility.
* Ability to simplify complex briefs into clear, impactful digital assets.
* Passion for digital advertising trends.
Nice to Haves
* Additional motion or coding expertise.
* Experience with in‑store digital platforms.
