Safeline Environmental is looking for a full-time Administrator to join our office team in Kidderminster. This is a key administrative role supporting our operations by co-ordinating asbestos removal projects with various stakeholder.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the management team to ensure daily administrative tasks are completed
* Answer incoming calls professionally and direct enquiries appropriately.
* Liaise with clients, contractors, and policyholders to schedule asbestos removal works.
* Prepare daily documentation for operatives (e.g., project info sheets, risk assessments, method statements).
* Check and collect all job-related paperwork and photographic records from operatives.
* Schedule asbestos sampling appointments and issue necessary paperwork.
* Maintain and update our claims management systems.
* Monitor and help achieve service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance (KPIs).
* Manage projects from instruction through to completion.
* Maintain positive relationships with clients.
* Carry out general office duties such as scanning, filing, and document handling.
About the role:
* Full time Monday to Friday 9:00am - 17:30pm.
* You are entitled to 28 days paid holiday inclusive of bank holidays.
* After one year with the company, birthdays are given as holiday.

* The successful candidate will receive pay of up to £12.21 per hour depending on experience and in line with age-related minimum wage requirements.
Candidate Requirements:
* Previous experience in administration.
* Confident IT user with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Able to work independently and manage workloads effectively.
* Good communication skills (both telephone and email).Willingness to learn and follow company procedures.
