Reporting to the Contract Services Manager, you will lead Fire Systems projects as part of our partnership with Transport for London (TfL). Your responsibilities include defining project goals and deliverables, managing budgets, tracking progress, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
This role offers a hybrid working model with flexibility for remote work and a presence in our Canning Town office 2–3 days per week.
What You’ll Do:
* Manage multiple Fire Maintenance Contract projects for TfL
* Prepare and submit quotes for minor works
* Ensure timely procurement of materials
* Develop logistics plans to meet delivery timelines
* Maintain project documentation and records
* Lead change control processes and communicate variations
* Facilitate project meetings including kick-offs, reviews, and close-outs
Who You Are:
You are a results-driven Project Manager with proven experience in fire-related projects. You excel in client-facing roles, stakeholder management, and coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
Key Requirements:
* Experience managing fire systems projects
* Managing a programme of works valued at £1M+ per year
* Strong commercial and financial awareness
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
* Leadership and team coordination abilities
* Recognized Project Management qualification (e.g., Prince2, APM, PMP)
* Experience with London Underground (LUL) or TfL projects is highly desirable
