Private Client Solicitor – Wills, Trusts & Estates Lawyer (1–3 PQE) Exciting opportunity to join a highly regarded Private Client team. I’m working with a respected law firm that is looking to expand its Wills, Trusts & Estates team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Solicitor (around 1–3 years’ PQE) with a passion for Private Client work to take on a varied caseload and develop their career in a supportive, highly regarded department. About You You’ll be a qualified Private Client Solicitor with experience in some or all of the following: Drafting Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPA) Advising on and handling estate administration matters Providing inheritance tax advice and preparing IHT accounts Delivering clear and compassionate advice to a wide range of clients You’ll be keen to develop your technical knowledge, grow your client base, and get involved in wider business development activities. Strong communication skills and a client-focused approach are essential. The Role You’ll handle your own matters while benefiting from guidance, training, and support from experienced colleagues in a Legal 500 and Chambers recognised team. The work is varied, high-quality, and includes: Advising high-net-worth individuals, families, and business owners Complex probate and estate administration Exposure to both contentious and non-contentious matters through collaboration with colleagues across the firm Why This Role?
