Key Responsibilities:
* Develop, implement, and maintain health and safety policies and procedures in compliance with legal requirements and best practices.
* Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
* Provide training and guidance to staff on health and safety practices, ensuring a high level of awareness and compliance.
* Investigate incidents and accidents, producing detailed reports and recommendations to prevent future occurrences.
* Liaise with regulatory bodies and ensure the organisation remains compliant with all relevant health and safety legislation.
What we're looking for:
* Proven experience as a Health and Safety Manager within the engineering sector.
* In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices.

* Relevant qualifications such as NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent.
