Senior Key Account Manager - CRO

Working setup: Remote with up to 50% travel
As the Senior Key Account Manager, your primary focus will be to establish and optimize a direct sales channel for two essential product lines: the Research Use Only (RUO) AB portfolio and the clinical chemistry and ELISA format test. Here's an overview of your responsibilities:
Developing Sales Channels:
* Create and oversee a direct sales channel across various regions and countries.
* Cultivate strong relationships with key accounts, including hospitals, research institutions, and laboratories.
Product Positioning and Promotion:
* Collaborate closely with the product team to effectively position products.
* Develop persuasive sales materials, presentations, and training resources.
* Participate in conferences, trade shows, and industry events to showcase our offerings.
Sales Optimization:
* Monitor sales performance, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
* Implement strategies to enhance sales efficiency and effectiveness.
* Provide regular progress reports to senior management.
Customer Relationship Management:
* Understand customer needs and customize solutions accordingly.
* Address customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
* Nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master's preferred).
2. Demonstrated success in global sales, preferably within the life sciences or diagnostics industry.
3. Strong comprehension of clinical chemistry and immunoassay products.
4. Experience in the Contract Research Organization (CRO) sector, with a focus on developing and managing key accounts, is advantageous.
5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
6. Willingness to travel internationally as needed (anticipated at 50%).
