ABOUT THE ROLE: We have a vacancy for an enthusiastic and experienced FP&A Accountant to provide insightful financial analysis, forecasting, and strategic support that enables data-driven decision-making and drives business growth. The FP&A Analyst plays a key role in budgeting, performance tracking, and identifying opportunities for operational and financial improvement. Other responsibilities include: * Analysing trends and variances to provide actionable insights to senior leadership. * Developing financial models to support scenario planning, capacity utilisation, and margin analysis. * Collaborating with production and supply chain teams to align financial plans with operational realities * Working closely with department heads to understand financial needs and deliver insights. * Presenting findings and recommendations to senior management in a clear and compelling manner. * Leading budgeting and forecasting cycles with a focus on production volumes, cost drivers, and operational efficiency. * Conducting variance analysis against budget, forecast, and prior periods. * Analysing manufacturing KPIs such as cost per unit, yield, scrap rates, and throughout. ABOUT YOU: * ACCA, CIMA fully or part qualified. * You must have proven experience in financial planning, analysis, budgeting and forecasting. * Experience in financial modelling. * Previous experience in manufacturing is highly desirable. * You must have a commercial attitude with confidence to present to senior board members.
