Are you ready to apply your planning expertise to impactful, high‑profile projects?
You’ll advise on varied planning matters, supporting major developments and regeneration schemes. You’ll join a collaborative, supportive team known for delivering high‑quality, purposeful work.
Key Responsibilities
* Draft and negotiate complex Section 106 agreements.
* Support planning committees and advise on queries.
* Progress compulsory purchase orders and regeneration work.
* Collaborate across teams on major projects.
* Deliver client training and support business development.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
* 3+ years’ PQE in planning law.
* Strong experience with Section 106 and CPOs.
* Confident advising committees and managing appeals.
* Ability to support and guide junior colleagues.
* Excellent communication and client‑facing skills.
