£14.00 per hour (equivalent to £32,750 per year) + share of card tips (approx £3000 - £5000 per year)

What you’ll be doing
* Supervising shifts and leading the front-of-house team
* * Taking full ownership of the bar and cellar, ensuring consistently high standards across all drinks and service
*
Managing ordering, deliveries and supplier relationships to maintain a strong, well-balanced and commercially effective drinks list
*
Overseeing cellar management, including cask ale quality, line cleaning, rotation and adherence to best practice
*
Leading, training and developing the bar team, with a strong focus on product knowledge, including cask ale, craft beer, wine & cocktails
*
Managing stock control, including regular stock takes, line checks, margin control and minimising waste
