FMG are looking for Inbound Consultants, who are the voice of FMG and the first point of contact for our clients. You’ll be talking with our customer’s daily - answering queries, problem solving and ensuring we continue to deliver on our promise of ‘providing FMG customer’s with a world class customer service experience’. These roles are more than simply “answering the phone”, with an expectation to identify and ask for quality referrals, recognise opportunities and believe in and sell the benefit of being with FMG to our clients or those looking to join FMG. We are looking for Service Superstars interested in a building a career.

To be successful in these roles you will have an excellent telephone manner, high-quality listening skills, problem solving skills and a never-ending commitment to the customer.
