An established and rapidly growing consultancy within the Innovation Tax & R&D funding sector is seeking an ambitious Business Development Manager to join their Commercial team.

As a BDM, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth by building a strong portfolio of clients and ensuring they receive a smooth and well-supported journey throughout the engagement process.
As our Sales Business Development Manager you will be responsible for:
Building and managing a diverse portfolio of clients that qualify for Innovation Tax, R&D Tax Relief, Capital Allowances, and Business Rates support.
Proactively identifying new business opportunities through networking, cold outreach, and LinkedIn engagement.
Operating with a proactive, resilient, and goal-driven mindset.
Collaborating closely with internal delivery and compliance teams to ensure seamless client experience.
Working autonomously, using a data-driven approach to track and evidence performance.
In order to be successful in this role you must have:
Essential : Proven experience selling Innovation Tax / R&D services in an outbound closing role.
Demonstrable track record as a top-performing salesperson.
Strong commercial awareness with the ability to identify opportunities and close business effectively.
