Make a difference as Warehouse and Stock Planner As Logistics and Inventory Specialist, you will oversee the efficient management of our seed inventory and logistics processes. Your key responsibilities will include: Managing inventory by allocating seed lots to customer orders and assessing inventory for destroy or credit actions. Ensuring timely placement of intercompany transfer orders to meet forecasted sales. Coordinating import and export processes, ensuring compliance with regulations and accurate documentation. Overseeing inventory receipt and release for internal processing. Storing and managing quality-related information, documentation, and certifications in designated systems. Providing accurate and timely responses to internal customer inquiries about product information and availability. You’ll work full-time, closely with the Customer Service, Sales, Warehousing, and Accounting teams to ensure seamless order handling and fulfilment. Externally, you’ll collaborate with forwarders and carriers to manage shipment details. What you bring as a future colleague We’re looking for a candidate with: A higher level education individual preferably with an agricultural background or knowledge. 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in logistics, inventory management, or a similar role. Knowledge of import and export regulations for domestic and international shipments is preferable, or willing to learn. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications required and familiarity with forecasting and planning software, also preferable. Mother language - English. Located within suitable traveling distance to the Evesham area, United Kingdom. Hold a full UK driving licence and UK VISA. In addition to these qualifications, we value a proactive mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively under pressure both under guidance and own initiative. Compensation will be based on qualifications and experience.
